1. The Service
Lead Intellect provides tools for lead discovery, enrichment, campaign management, and email outreach (including optional Gmail sending via Google OAuth and related integrations). Features may change as we improve the platform.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be authorized by the organization that provisioned your account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, enabling available security controls (such as 2FA where offered), and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or spam email
- Violate anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable)
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in outreach
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access others’ data
- Use the Service to scrape or process data in violation of third-party terms
- Reverse engineer or disrupt the Service except as allowed by law
You are solely responsible for the content of emails you send and for having a lawful basis to contact recipients.
4. Google / Gmail connection
If you connect Gmail or Google Sheets, you authorize Lead Intellect to access Google APIs using the scopes presented on Google’s consent screen, solely to provide the features you use (sending campaign email, limited read for replies/health, and optional Sheets import). You can disconnect at any time. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on Google user data.
5. Email compliance
Campaigns must include required identification and unsubscribe mechanisms where applicable. Recipients who unsubscribe or are suppressed must not be re-mailed except as permitted by law. We may suspend sending that harms deliverability or violates these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
Lead Intellect, its software, branding, and documentation remain our property (or our licensors’). You retain ownership of content you upload (leads, templates, copy). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service for you.
7. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third parties (Google, email infrastructure providers, hosting, AI providers when enabled). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes (including Google OAuth or Gmail sending limits).
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee specific open rates, deliverability, lead quality, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAD INTELLECT AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID).
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, abuse, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account closure by contacting us.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or email when practical. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
