1. Who we are
Lead Intellect is an internal operating system for lead discovery, enrichment, and email outreach. The Service is operated for authorized business users. Contact: leadintellecthq@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account data — username, email, role, and authentication details for administrators and team members.
- Business / lead data — publicly available or user-imported business information used for outreach (e.g. business name, location, ratings, website, contact email).
- Campaign & delivery data — templates, send logs, opens/clicks (where enabled), bounces, replies, and suppression preferences.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and security/audit logs needed to operate and protect the Service.
3. Google user data (Gmail & Google Sheets)
If you connect a Google account through our “Connect Gmail” / Google OAuth flow, we access Google user data only with your explicit consent and only for the features you enable.
Depending on the scopes you approve, we may:
- Gmail send — send outreach emails from your connected Gmail account on your behalf as part of campaigns you configure.
- Gmail read (limited) — read message/thread metadata needed for delivery confirmation, reply detection, and account health monitoring related to those campaigns.
- Google user email / profile — identify which Gmail address was connected and display it in your account settings.
- Google Sheets (selected files only) — after you connect Google and explicitly pick a spreadsheet with Google Picker, we read that file as a campaign audience and may write delivery/status columns back into the same selected file. We do not list or access other Drive files.
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models. Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and secure the Lead Intellect platform
- Run email campaigns and personalization features you request
- Monitor sender health, abuse, and deliverability
- Honor unsubscribe and preference requests
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with infrastructure providers (hosting, email transport, databases) strictly as needed to run the Service, or when required by law. Google account connections remain under your control; you may disconnect Gmail at any time in Email Setup.
6. Retention
We retain account, campaign, and log data for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet security/compliance obligations. You may request deletion of your Lead Intellect account data by contacting us. Disconnecting Google revokes future API access; residual campaign records may remain until deleted per your organization’s retention practices.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage for OAuth refresh tokens, role-based access controls, and operational monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong credentials and enable available security features.
8. Your choices
- Disconnect Google accounts from Email Setup → Gmail Accounts
- Revoke app access in your Google Account → Security → Third-party access
- Unsubscribe / preference links included in applicable emails
- Email leadintellecthq@gmail.com for access or deletion requests
9. Children
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
